These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website, https://www.citiuscloud.com (the "Site"), operated by Citiuscloud Services LLP ("CitiusCloud", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

CitiusCloud Services LLP is registered at 1001, Oriana Business Park, Road No. 22, Nehru Nagar, Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane West, Maharashtra 400604, India. The Site is informational: it describes our practices, products, case studies, and how to reach us. It is not an online store, portal, or application, and no account is required, or available, to use it.

You may access and browse the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that violates applicable law, or that infringes the rights of CitiusCloud or any third party;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its underlying infrastructure, or any system or network connected to it;
• use any automated means (scraping, crawling, data-mining) to extract content from the Site beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt and standard search-engine indexing;
• introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or otherwise interfere with the Site's normal operation.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, including to protect its security or integrity.

Content on the Site, including descriptions of our practices, products, case studies, and stated outcomes, is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute an offer, quotation, or contractual commitment. Any engagement for services is governed exclusively by a separately negotiated and signed agreement (such as a statement of work or master services agreement) between CitiusCloud and the client, the terms of which prevail over anything stated on the Site in the event of a conflict.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, layouts, the CitiusCloud and citiusIQ names and logos, and other CitiusCloud-owned marks, are owned by or licensed to CitiusCloud and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as necessary to view the Site in a standard web browser, no part of the Site may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used to create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Vendor, partner, and customer names, logos, and certification marks that appear on the Site (for example, OEM and technology-partner marks in our certifications and partnerships pages) are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used to identify partnership, certification, or engagement status, or otherwise with permission. Their appearance does not imply endorsement of CitiusCloud by the mark owner beyond what is expressly stated.

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites (for example, vendor or partner sites) that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked site, and inclusion of a link does not imply our endorsement of it.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CitiusCloud will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from, or in connection with, your access to or use of the Site. This clause does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and does not apply to obligations CitiusCloud has separately undertaken under a signed services agreement.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information you send us. The Site has no forms or accounts and collects no personal data through the Site itself; enquiries reach us as email you send from your own mail client.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your visit applies. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.
